Black Friday 2020 offer;
The offer is based on the client (property owner) instructing Living in London to market for sale or rent their property on a sole agency basis before midnight of the 1st January 2020.
The client must have full permission to act on behalf of all owners and provide the necessary documents as requested by Living in London. The property must be marketed at a price agreed by the client and Living in London and the 25% discount is based on a reduction from the standard agency fees for the service instructed. The 25% discount will continue for the full term of the marketing and, in terms of lettings, also be offered for any renewal period (period beyond the initial tenancy term for which the initial tenant(s) continues occupation). The offer will not continue once the tenants, who were found under the offer, vacate the property and Living in London is instructed to sell the property or to find new tenants. Whilst Living in London will endeavour to do all it can within its power to sell or rent the property, Living in London is not under any legal obligation to do so. A minimum sole agency period will be agreed to prior to marketing between Living in London and the client. The client will need to read and sign Living in London’s standard Terms of Business prior to marketing.
